To order higher plans first make sure that you have the required no of posts then go to Order Page to make an order.

How do you pay us monthly?
Our software will count your posts on monthly bases and if you didn't make required no of monthly posts your account will be suspended automatically until you do not complete the required posts.
(Please note that script will never warn you on the no of posts it will suspend you straight away)
